I've spent the last 15 years working at the intersection of retail, technology, and product, focusing on how large-scale systems and AI capabilities can run reliably for the people who use them. From building enterprise platforms to guiding AI products from concept to production, I'm at my best when connecting product ambition with engineering execution.
My career started in technical engineering (iOS/Swift, mobile architecture, performance tuning), which gives me hands-on technical credibility — I can go deep on architecture, system design, and production diagnosis, not just lead from a distance. I believe in practical innovation—using AI, including agentic workflows, to save time, reduce errors, and make processes smoother, not simply to follow the trend.
